Help us out a little more and we can help you.

What is your currency?
What do you plan on editing with? (premier, SV, etc)
Aesthetics? (case color/ color schemes, LEDs, ETC)
Do you plan on overclocking?
What monitor do you have?

I think he requires the model name of your monitor, BenQ have a wide range.
To run PUBG while streaming you're going to need a powerful processor and graphics card, most likely not within your budget as PUBG is both very CPU and GPU intensive;
I play PUBG with a 1070 8gb DDR5 + 16gb DDR3 + i5 650 and I can assure you I would not be able to stream with this setup, I run in medium settings with 50fps.

What I would expect to be able to run PUBG steady for streaming would be a 1080 along with an i7 7700k, which those two items together cost £650-£700. That leaves you with £300 for a motherboard, PSU, Ram, fans and a case...

If you weren't streaming I'd suggest a 1070, i7 7700k, 750w PSU, 16gb/32gb ram and you'd be fine, with all that fitting under your budget, but the streaming aspect does hinder your budget.

You can get a Phanteks Eclipse P300 for about £30 less than the Meshify C if you really need to get as close to £1k as possible. Add an LED strip and some nice cable extensions when you have some spare money, if you want. XFire support so you can add a 2nd RX 580 at any point if you want. You can get an 8GB RX 580 for about £30-40 more than the 4GB variant.
