I am able to stream wit my internet speeds and they are about the same as yours.

Usually because of host problems.. Also, speeds could vary from time to time with every provider.
But, you have a good upload speed for streaming so you should be fine.

If your gonna stream, your gonna want at least 15mbps, i personal have an upload of 20mbps, and 300+mbps download.

the average to stream is 2.5 for 720p if i'm not mistaken, but its always nice to have at least 10+ if your taking it seriously
