One of my mates is selling this for £400 is this good?
All of the parts are new (bought from retailers within the past month or so) other than the GTX 960 which is being reused from another PC - it offers better performance than a GTX 1050 and comparable to a GTX 1050 Ti.
It's easily upgradeable, it has room for 2 more sticks of DDR4 RAM, room for an additional Hard drive for mass storage, easily upgradeable processor, overclockable processor and upgradeable graphics card. The power supply is semi-modular so it's clean and tidy inside the PC. The RGB lighting is controlled by software on the PC.
If you're local to me, I could deliver and save money on courier charges and help set up the PC if necessary.
Any more information, just message me!
All specs are as follows:
Ryzen 3 1200 Overclocked to 3.8GHz (brand new)
8GB Corsair Vengeance 3000MHz RAM (brand new)
240GB Kingston SSD (brand new)
ASROCK AB350M PRO4 motherboard (brand new)
Coolermaster Masterbox Lite 3.1 (brand new)
bequiet! Pure Power 9 400W semi-modular 80+Silver PSU (brand new)
Gigabyte GTX 960 2GB (like new)
Corsair AF 120 LED fans (white - brand new)
RGB Led strip inside
Windows 10 Professional full license
Microsoft Office 2016 full package

£400 is a pretty reasonable price for that. If you can get him down, even just a wee bit then you're winning. See if you can get it for like £380, spend the extra 20 quid on a pizza or game or something.
