Did you try to do a remote recovery on another person's account before trying to get online? Are you changing your name on BO2 before going into a matchmaking lobby?

Do you have a tool connected, or even a menu on that can change your gamertag to stuff? I've only had that issue when I was doing remote recoveries or messing with my gt forgetting to disable it and put it back to normal. Also, if you are trying to do a recovery then make sure the name you typed in was correct others it will try to load a gamertag that doesn't exist

Neither of these plugin 5 empty were noramlly my spoffer plugin goes, all sorted now just redownloaded all plugines ect
