Is there any way to contact instagram through phone or email ? I forgot a password to an account and have tried everything to get it back but can't.

I doubt you will get these on the phone your an email, maybe an email but you would be waiting like a year to hear back from them, social sites like this tend not to have direct contact

It's nearly impossible to get in contact with Instagram. The only way you can is through their support email and I wouldn't expect to get a response back for another 10 years.

i was in the same boat as you, i lost access to my email for my main ig and i used this link and i was able to get in touch with them and get my account back. i had to send a selfie while holding a piece of paper with my name and username on it so they could verify it was me lmao.
