Yes this is very bad. Double check with a different program as Speccy can sometimes be readying the temperature wrong. Definitely turn your computer off and check your heatsink.
I am actually thinking that this may be a null reading as any machine would turn off at this temperature.

That is for your GPU. I would definitely download a program like HWINFO or just check in your BIOS. But i think it is a misreading as any other machine would shut down at this temperature.

It's your motherboard temperature. Not your CPU or GPU temp. You need to look under the motherboard category in HWInfo or HWMonitor to see motherboard temps, or check your BIOS. I refuse to believe your motherboard is actually that hot though, I reckon it's a software issue, bad sensor, or something.

Thanks bro for your help I think it is a software issue. I've just added 8GB more ram to my PC
