Well, since the GPU is an Integrated GPU, your options are already very limited.

You are going to be limited to like Indie pixel games, some older source games like Half Life 2, TF2 and if you really dumb down the settings, maybe CSGO. There's definitely other games you can play if you lower the resolution lower than your monitor is and of course lowering the settings as needed.

Is there any way for you to get the actual names for the hardware? RAM has no name and no speed such as 1,600 MHz or anything and the CPU only shows it's clock speed, but doesn't say if it's like an i5-7442EQ or anything like that.

Yes, how would I find the name of the hardware? This is the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] right here. I play fortnite on it and it surprisingly runs pretty good, just low graphics lol.

It will show your exact CPU once you run the program. RAM might not show the exact brand, but should show it's speed. You might have to take your PC apart to see the RAM brand if you are curious about it.

if i where you id save up for a video card and you would be able to play a lot of games, i recommend the gtx 1060 or 1050ti both can play games very well the 1060 can play any game on high 60 fps, your cpu is not bad at all. is it i5 6600k or 6700k? you can get a gtx 1060 for 200 - 300$, 8gigs of ram is enough for almost anything.

EDIT: i did not no you had a laptop but you can actually get videos cards for your laptop, idk how to put them in but you can connect one externally.

Apologies for delayed response.

Orange Box would be good enough to run on your PC. Source Engine games aren't too demanding to run on a PC, some settings may need to be turned down such as Anti-Aliasing. TF2 is a little more tricky, the game could run on medium - high settings on some servers or require you to run it on the lowest possible setting on another server. Some servers put in custom player models, custom effects and all that stuff, plus custom servers can increase the player limit, which is more things that need to be rendered. TF2 will run, just it will be a coin toss on the server you are playing on -- if you stick to vanilla servers (original Valve servers) your FPS shouldn't be tanking too hard unless it's a map that just has a lot of things to render.
