Right off the bat, I would say CPU and RAM. Streaming eats a lot of the CPU and when doubled with gaming..Well, most CPUs are sub-par. I'm not super great at picking parts and can point you in the right direction, but something with 6 cores should be good.

Ram is another factor, but it really does depend on what you're streaming for both of these. 16GB minimum IMO.

There will be better people who might post in this, though.

Also, only 400Watts for that PC? Seems a bit low..

This is my current PC and even I have issues streaming:

Side note: A lot of streamers, even the big streamers with $4k computers have TWO computers. One that does the gaming and the other that handles the streaming and audio for easier off put and better graphics.

The more quality you want when streaming, the less quality the viewers will see(lag and such). Therefore, you'll probably start off in 720P at 30FPS or something.

i agree with the memory as well.
as for the power supply, this is a copy and paste from the site ibp from when i built it. the 400w had a free 800w upgrade that is in it

Kate wrote Upgrade the CPU and Ram For Sure get a Ryzen 7 8 Core

Switching to AMD would mean OP would need a new MOBO as well, which would cost more.

However, OP, you never did give us a budget. How much are you looking to spend? I'm not against the Ryzen, as I've heard some good things but never looked into it as I'm already set up with my current PC..
