If your looking for a paid menu, I would either go with destruction or matrix. To me personally, I prefer matrix all the way. It's $55, but it's a multi-cod menu. Contains menus for all the following: waw, cod4, mw2, mw3, black ops 1, black ops 1 zombies, black ops 2, ghosts, and advanced warfare.

For a free menu for mw2, I would say blue sky v3.1, but I haven't invested much time in to mw2, so I'm sure there's one just as good as blue sky, or even better.
