So,
I just updated my RGH to 17511 or whatever the latest dashboard is and I'm all connected to my stealth service and Neighborhood but the console still says there is an update. If anyone knows any fix to this that would be much appreciated!

If everything went well when you updated manually, then it's just the avatar update, which is safe to download from Xbox Live directly.
If you're avatars are gray, then you're ok to update

Yea Check and see if your dash matches in setting and if it does update becuse its a avatar update
