Both of those issues are an issue /w going online & offline, either you was to fast or two slow or it's to with with your internet, just redo the steps I get this a few times, waiting 5 - 10 seconds prevented it for me, wait longer.

Do it after 5 seconds, you might get that error the host one, just redo it.
Edit: You're not doing something 100% as I've said, I've got this issue, I resolved it and added it to my guide before I posted it, Count it perfectly good luck.

added a poll, that way we can keep of track of who it is working for, if it does not work then I can help troubleshoot the issue, but if you follow my guide you shouldn't have any issues.
