Legal advice won't help just because they have in their terms of service that they reserve the right to, without question, suspend or ban an account for any reason they see fit. Also, because anything digital is Xbox's content and it's alone.

This is the reason I simply do not use a mic on my xbox, I do not message someone unless it's like " you're bad " I do not call people idiots, dicks or anything, infect every time someone sweats at me I report them and they get banned, it's how the system works.. xbox will even notify you to let you know they've taken action, in all honestly, sometimes they ban you for the dumbest shit ever, I have one strict left because my account got hacked before & that was one strict, the other was me cheating in games & another was me also cheating in game... but regardless, it's best to avoid everything you can possible as spending on digital can be a pain when you get banned, I've bought every game possible for the last 4 y ears digitle, that includes all DLC for Cods, Season Passes for pretty much any game that offers it, if I got banned I've lots a few 1000£ on games & DLC, so I legit don't use a mic because of how the system is now. :/

This is Microsoft for you they're money grabbers until you do something wrong they don't care if they take your money. Business like Xbox they're scums. I hate Xbox in that sense, with PS4 (Sony) I would get help and also depends on what I've done to get suspended but rarely I see people getting suspended from PS4. It sucks dude sorry bro.

My answer to you is to ask the "Enforcement Team" for visible proof as you are feeling wrongly accused of any wrong doing.

They should provide proof to the reason, i would also try contacting support on xbox.com because they also are very helpful in providing more information than the enforcement team as they work in the background...

I think it's also in their terms that they do not provide any proof of why a ban has happened, unfortunately. Tried to get my comms banned removed

The Xbox live enforcement team will not un-ban your account and you probably were wrongly accused they go by how many reports a user has and the messaging system if the words "mod" or "sell" ect... is in the messages it will be flagged for review and yours probably had multiple messages flagged and they just went ahead and suspended your account under the suspicion that your were trying to sell the account because of all the messages that had the word sell/buy in them and never actually "reviewed" your case because there are so many people on Xbox live your a fool if you think they personally review every single case its just easier for them that way and when you do get banned theirs nothing you can do about it so they could care less if you were wrongly accused or not.

I've had all my accounts banned and console , it sucks because you'll never get anything back from them..

Support does not work with XBLPET nor have any connection with them. Reaching them is 100% waste. I would agree with potion and do that. If you can gain views and people on your said I can see it getting fixed. Reddit is a great place for that and I wish you the best luck.

I've had the same account since Halo 2 Multiplayer days so I know how it feels to put work into that account.

Yeah, they need a way to contact the enforcement team, it's just bs. I'm going to try reddit & I still might send a letter to the legal department maybe they will help do something. If anything they can contact the enforcement team.
