Doesn't work like that on the Xbox one. You need to be signed into that profile in order to play that profiles games.

In regards to everyone saying that they this person wont get there account back.... I just want to ask how is that possible if they have an option for a appeal... therefore think about how many people make appeals all of them get denied ? I call bs but MS are bs so idk.

They have a team for this sort of thing and are trained to only act with sufficient evidence from ongoing and outgoing messages so they wouldn't have applied a ban without evidence of you intending to sell the account I'm afraid, you can go to support and ask to see the evidence they hold against you and it's your legal right to see it.

Support doesn't have access to ban details other than what's given to you, and that's the most bullock statement I've ever heard. Evidence or not, mass reports will get you banned/suspended even without cause.

I would recommend taking legal action because $3,000 is just **** crazy, and they didn't even give you a warning to stop with intent if you were actually selling your account.

Exactly. If I knew I did something I promise I wouldn't be making a roar about it. I'm pretty sure if they cared and investigated properly they wouldn't have banned me. Thousands of people get banned each day, I guarantee they don't go case by case and review each one. That's why I'm just trying to get someone to hear me out. Plus there are other people on this thread say they have been banned for the same reason

I lost my original account with $1,000 plus of games and DLC but $3,000, damn dude. That is just insane. I feel so bad for you.
