This post really touched me, reminiscing about the old days and thinking about the time spent around this dump ;), congrats on 10 years and congrats on one of the most successful forums for gaming to ever exist.

Thanks for sharing this Sean. I had no idea about most of this. This was very uplifting to hear. I'm in college right now and I can kind of relate as my dad is an alcoholic as well. I won't go into details but I know where you're coming from, when it comes to anxiety and depression.

Wow what a story, that goes to tell everyone that not everybody has privileges and he built himself from the ground up. Im sure there are members on this forum that are going through the same situation.. why not help them out ? Lets try ti implement a prefix somewhere in the off topic section maybe for advice and help ? Money is not always what someone needs.. some people just need someone to talk to.. I believe I can speak for more than half of TTG, when I say we use this to get away from problems as well.
