Roop wrote Ok so recently I was permanently banned from Xbox for no real reason at all.

I have a 10 year tenure on my account, with over $3,000 worth of games, and I just applied a 12 month on it.

The reason I was banned was they 'said' I was suspected of solicition, meaning that I was trying to sell my account. Now, mind you I had a unique gamertag by the name of 'Bay'; I would get messages every single day, to the point I had to turn off my notifications, about people wanting to buy my account and/or gamertag. I always messages them back told them I wasn't interested and I'm not selling my account. I tried explaining to enforcement team, however they said there is a clear intent to sell my account so they upheld the decision. I don't know what to do now, they took my money and everything. The enforcement team doesn't care what so ever, they go by what is suspected. I'm seeking legal advice because it's no way in hell that I'm going to let Xbox run off with my money and everything I worked hard for over the years. Yes, it's just a game but that isn't the point, most of my games were bough digitally so I no longer have access to them. What do you guys think? If I was trying to seek my account I wouldn't be so upset but I am.

This is complete and utter bullshit, literally been a fanboy of Xbox, but **** XBOX.

My advice:

Let it go, Legal actions would cost more than the worth of your account lol.

The Enforcement Team are obviously trained to handle cases like these, and they seem adamant that they have evidence of you negotiating your tag with somebody, whether it was done privately or publicly. Nothing you can really do about it, anyhow.
Nope never tried to sell my account nor gamertag, I get messages ever **** day about people wanting to buy it but I say it's not for sell or what ever. It's too many memories on my account to sell it. I'm not try on to pass shit off, if I was I wouldn't be seeking legal advice.

For all we know, you could have just bought the account/gamertag with the tenure and games on it from someone else and you're mad because Microsoft banned you shortly after the transaction. Not saying this is the case, but how are we to know?

Seeking legal advice would be okay, but I wouldn't bother attempting to go through court or suing Microsoft/Xbox, as it'd be a big expense for you, and inevitably you won't get your account back.

Still, your case seems odd. I don't think the Enforcement Team would jump the gun and suspend your account for no reason at all. You must have done something which was against the CoC/ToS.
oh well don't have to prove nothing to you. My ban reason was for solicition which means I was advertising to sell my account. I also got my gt on the reset btw. I hate kids like you who tries to decode shit.

Why lie? We both know that you're not the one who created that.

Well, didn't you buy the tag originally anyways? It would seem that you just got caught after buying it and got banned because of it. Shouldn't complain about something that you bought knowing the consequences could result in a ban from XBL.. But hey, if you want to act innocence you can do you my man.

You bought the gamertag and you weren't expecting to get clapped by the Xbox Live enforcement team. Nice.

Stop lying. You look like a fool. You obviously don't remember the thread where you tried flexing Bay on me where i had to turn around and son you because my friend Sean and i are the ones who made it. That tag wasn't even available for creation until months after the May reset. Mistake number one was buying a tag that had already been passed around on HF. Mistake number two was openly admitting to buying it for $350 on a site that XBLPET's are known to lurk. Rookie mistakes from a rookie user. Just be glad it was a shitter OG and not something that was actually good.

Furthermore, go through and read the ToS. Even though you have the account, Microsoft and Xbox own everything and can terminate / seize any account for whatever reason they so please. It's been done before and it'll happen again. It's something you agreed upon during sign up.

But please, continue on with your "I'm taking legal action against a multi-billion dollar corporation over an account that they technically own" asspull. It truly is entertaining how headass some people get over their first ever OG being banned.

Well it's solved. You openly admitted to buying the gamertag "Bay" which ultimately ended up getting banned because XBLPET lurks on these forums.
