You can run both monitors no problem.
Dual screen while gaming won't take a hit at performance and if it does take a hit, we're talking not even double digit FPS which won't matter unless you're using a 4k monitor and trying to stay above 60 FPS. Hell, I think GPUs back from like 2013 were capable of triple 1080p monitors no problem.

I have a Radeon HD 7770 1 GB.... I run two 1080p 75hz Monitors perfectly.

I also have this Graphics Card lmfao, I spilt Dr. Pepper all over it on accident one time because the way my cause is setup their are holes on the top for some reason and I split my soda in there. Broke for a day then came back to life. It's a beast still running 5 years later lmfao
