Hello, I'm. just wondering if anyone knows how. to fix the problem i'm having? When i try load into a online game it loads and then loops itself back to the loading bit, i recently had a remote recovery but not sure if thats anything to. do with it, i use xbox one to play bo2, if know one knows how to fix would appreciate if someone could tell me why this is happening. Thank you

Contact whoever did you a remote recovery ask them to re do it, they messed up somewhere and tha prevents you from playing.

Usually caused by having too much xp going over the highest level, just needs to be set back a bit. If whoever did it tries to blame you or something, that's why

This is called the game loop the infamous game loop this happens when you have to high of an do value as Dalm said above, contact whoever gave you your recovery and have the fix it and if they can't seem to fix it tell them to use a different tool because it's usuallly the tool that screws it up at least it was back when I first started modding BO2 good luck though.

I have messaged who done it but if he doesn't respond or fix it will resetting my stats & finding someone who can do it without this happening work?

Resetting your stats will correct the issue, although you'll be level 1 I recommend you get a refund if the modder doesn't give a redo, due to them messing it in the first place.
