I have an account ban that was meant to end on the 17th of December, was 2 months long. Then I find out it has been extended by 2 more months and Xbox won't tell me why and I don't even have a reason on my enforcement history. As I've not been able to message or talk to anyone for 2 months prior I have no idea how it has happened. Even though I just made a second account that I can start and talk in partys on and still play my main one that is banned from communication which helps a lot as the ban doesn't really effect me whatsoever anymore. Just quite annoying having to use a second account just for that every time then switch back over


The system is broken for reporting and reputation, I sometimes wonder if people also report me just to be annoying. Most of the time I am just send abusive messages for beating someone or being a high level, which I then react with 1 simple word and then given the ban hammer. Luckily my reputation is still quite high

I feel as if it is an auto-mated system. This system is actual dog shit, but I would recommend you doing something, but there is nothing you can do. There is ways to get around the system such as not sending them messages, but just flaming them in a party. But the fact you are doing nothing wrong, you can't do anything.

Yeah. The only thing I could think of is false reporting of something that doesn't exist OR they found more "proof" of you breaking that same rule after your suspension was issued.

I report anyone who sends me anything inappropriate. I believe if you report something that should be reported it helps your chances of avoiding a ban (if you're spammed with reports) I feel that they will look into your account before just slamming the hammer on you. I feel that they'll see that you are known for reporting people that are actually breaking the rules and not take a stupid action on your account.

Yea it's really annoying how people can get reported about cheating when it's not even possible!
