members still help out just everyone is so busy reading and trying to help sometimes they just miss the post ,

i would also unplug the console and try to reboot the console i have seen many youtube videos of people trying that and checking all cables to tv

but calling Microsoft sometimes they have other things to help you with

There are some things you can try from the microsoft website but i would call them usually there instructions over the phone are easier cause they have done this multiple times with many customers and sometims easier having a walk thru then trying to read and understand how to do things

I used to get this on my Xbox One day one edition. I would unplug it from the wall and it would display a green screen for about 5-10 minutes before it decided to load. I would unplug it first if I were you, and give it some time to load once you've turned it back on. If that doesn't work, I'd go with Rodent's idea and give Microsoft support a call/check the xbox website for a support thread .

Try doing a hard reboot, like holding down the power button for 15 seconds. When my Xbox one acted up, I'd do that and it would work again. But I've never had that problem so I don't know.
