S340 isn't glass. 212 EVO suuuucks.

OP- We need to know what you're actually going to be using the system for to be able to help. What games will you be playing, and what else?

Is the currency USD, CAD, AUD, NZD?

If 1200 dollars isn't necessarily including monitor, what IS the maximum you're willing to spend including monitor?

Also any preference on monitor(s)? Ultrawide, higher refresh rate, higher resolution?

I'd wait until RX 580s and GTX 1060s are back down to the $250 range, because $320 for a 6GB 1060 is the best you'll do right now. You should be able to fit a GTX 1070 within this budget with this monitor, if GPU pricing wasn't so bad right now.
