Personally even though your looking for a inexpensive mic I would get Astro's with mix amp.

A lot of people ive known have gone for blue yeti's but they are around the £90-100 range so might be a bit much for you, i use the razor kraken usb and the mic is of decent quality and they are around £50.

It is hard to gauge what is considered "expensive". If you want better suggestions you might want to add a budget.

I do not think that most Yeti mics are worth it when you consider the price. Yetis go for 100$ and snow balls can go for as low as 50$ some times.

This is a solid breakdown of microphones with tests and different price tiers.

My Hyper X Cloud Gaming 2 is perfect for me (cos I needed a headset) but it's like £70 so I don't know if that's on your budget.
