I'm wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem. I received a 60 day communication ban on my entire Xbox One; and a 14 day online ban. It's been 60[2] days since that suspension, it still hasn't ended. I've counted the days 1 by 1 three times now and have counted 62. This suspension was issued on 11/16/2017. I cannot send messages on my account nor can I chat with others. Any help? Oh, and it also doesn't say there's active suspensions when logging into the enforcement website.

UPDATE: I just managed to get the longest suspension I've ever seen or heard of; other then perm of course.

I would contact them, it's there fault you can't communicate with the outside world for the last 2 days.

Yeah I would, but they literally have nothing to do with XBLET. And I can't even appeal this case. This is quite annoying, and yes they could change it with more proof of bad behavior but I'm sure it would tell me I have an active suspension.

that email was in regard to your suspension.. Your suspension is over therefore that email is not valid anymore. Contact XBL Support to see what are your options.

that email was in regard to your suspension.. Your suspension is over therefore that email is not valid anymore. Contact XBL Support to see what are your options.

I had the exact same thing. The Xbox one ended in December, way over the date they said it would end and I asked support a few times for them to then give me 2 different answers. I just have a communication one now which was also meant to end in December but it's been changed to the end of February.

They won't give me any reason to why it was extended, they just tell me about making a case review and if I was wrongly accused they would lift it. I don't even have the option to make a case, it's also weird that I wasn't able to message or play online for a long time and I just ended giving up playing Xbox after that so was unable to message anyone anyway so I have no idea how I could have received another suspension.

Your best best for info is to talk to them on the live chat and they will give you the type of ban and when it ends. They will also send you an email for it too, if you wanted one. They are quite helpful on there actually

I am expecting to have a lengthened suspension again too because it's happened to many times and I haven't been told why. It doesn't even show up on enforcement history which is weird

You just make a second account then message and talk to your friends that way whilst you play your main account. That's what I've been doing, I have also made it so I can only contact my friends and only receive messages from friends so they have absolutely no reason to give me another unreasonable suspension

This might help but somewhere in the email it says "subject to change" and since there shi*TTY M$ they will use it to the full advantage.
