So I have two adders. Only one can go into los santos customs. The other one says "vehicle can not be modified". Same w/ my added.. how do I fix this? Some say it's because of my plates, but I can't change them? Nor are they duped vehicles. However, someone said on a reddit that it could be because of the money being dirty however, all my money is clean.. how do I sell or fix this bug? It'll say "cannot sell vehicles over $50,000" I already submitted tickets to rockstar and that did nothing.

I didn't dupe though, that's the thing. And if I were to dupe, all I'd have to do isn't change the plate. Not only that, I would've sold the duped car, not the original. And doing that would change my money from "clean" to "dirty".
