If you bought your power supply second hand that could be the problem or you might have a power supply what might not be able to support all the power so you may need to buy a bigger power supply 1000W or 750w u do have a very powerful graphic card and a good AMD

Like the one guy said, your power supply probably doesn't have enough power to run everything properly which is why none of your USB ports would be working as they aren't drawing enough power.

Ahhh this thread. Alright, this is what I would do.
Get it out of the PC case
Whack it on your motherboard box
Put in the bare minimal, CPU, 1 stick of RAM, no GPU, all cables ect. See what happens.
If nothing is happening, you've probably got the Front panel connectors wrong. Consult your motherboard manual.
More pictures please and a full spec list would be fab.

I prefer it on the box. It allows you to access what you need to in the easiest way. Not to mention, you can tidy up when it's all working.
