A few years ago when I had transferred my character from xbox 360 to xbox one I had been given 63 billion. I think I made a post back then when I was given the money and I think a few people had also been given billions.

However I still have this money and have recently started playing gta again and I have bought all the new DLC stuff and I wondered am I the richest or do others on xbox one have billions?

I buy and re-sell XB1 and PS4 accounts for my website (about 18 get bought per day) and the absolute best I saw for Xbox One was 6 trillion. I did see a 200 trillion once but it was banned from going on GTA despite stuff showing up on the Social Club.

On PS4 I see 200-500 trillion but XB1 seems to typically have lower cash amounts.

Don't get me wrong, you have an amazing account.
