ever since the new update i have been constantly getting skip lag is anyone else getting it too?

For me, its not lag. me and a couple of friends have a problem with it. its when your in a really close range shotgun range battle, you lose frames and then your game skips, then added people bunny hop, its pretty much like they're teleporting. i have to take a break until they fix that.
