I've had same thing happen and here it is.
Player 1 shoots you and drains a little health
Player 2 downs you and kills you player 1 gets the kill.
Also same thing happens if player 1 downs you and player 2 completely kills you player one will get the kill.
It's made me think there hackers but haven't seen any except under map stuff.

I agree with the guys above! To me it sounds like someone shot you from the right!
But that being said it did appear quite laggy, there's a chance that on his screen he was looking right at you and it just didn't register on your screens, that happens quite often!
