I contacted staff on Twitter (@ATVIAssist) as I was stupid enough to try the glitch on my main account. Luckily, they only reset my stats to level 1 instead of an Xbox suspension. Those who have done it to, is advise you to do the same.

However, if it's on a spare account, it doesn't matter. (Unless you're selling them obviously).

They ban who cares sell game go back to black ops2 or mw3 nothing special about this game xcept shitty weapons these games are like new iphone every year nothing different but a slightly better camera

If they're smart they're letting everyone do it before the ban hammer to catch the most cheaters. Doubt it though

they would never do that. they would lose so much money from xbox players who legitimately got their ranks. and some spent money on supply drops to get variants they would never do a full reset. i could see maybe a rollback. never a complete reset.

and sledgehammer is working on something lots will be banned prob not all as so many accounts were made i doubt they will be able to ban everyone.

I honestly don't see why in this day and age people still care about their rank or others ranks. Personally I never done the glitch, but you know yourself if you've done it legit or not.

Don't be influenced by others actions and especially their online rank on a game which you probably won't be playing in a couple months. If they ban people, they ban people.

Call of Duty has been on the decline for years now and this was their chance to take the franchise back to its roots, which they did and hats off to them but it seems a lot of people just aren't interested anymore.

The point I'm making is 'you do you' and if you're legit and you're genuinely affected by people exploiting glitches and getting away with it then just keep reporting etc but in the long run I think you and everyone else will survive and get over it.

Will there ever be bans? Yes, but i believe they'll repeat themselves and there will be some false bans, therefore leading to reversing the ban-wave. I do hope they'll fix it, literally every HQ at the least for me has some high master prestige in it who isn't legit lol.
