1990: Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, In Living Color, The Wayans' Brothers, That 70's Show.
Early 2000s: Courage the Cowardly Dog, Cow & Chicken, Spongebob (was released in 1999, I consider it 2000s), Rugrats.
And a whole lot more I can't think of right now. The 90s and early 2000s were the best times for television.
