If I decide to purchase a pre modded account for BO3, will I be banned? (will use on xb1)

As far as I know they're aren't any on Xbox one. But there is on ps4.

On ps4 I had one and no it didn't get banned. So I don't think they would now either.

Only works on xbox360 not xbox1. Not available as far as i know
