Sounds like a server/plugin error. Boot without plugins (hit the power button and then the eject button right after). Or alternatively you can get a clean launch.ini and put it on a USB and instert it into your Xbox.

i just tried the power button and ejecting after, that didn't do it... and ive been reading and the issue that ive read about bad plugins is the boot logo loads but stays there. mine wont even boot to the logo. ive tried booting into xell by booting with the dvd tray that didnt work. and i tried opening the xbox into neighborhood and it no longer shows up there.. im about to try getting a clean launch... well see. it did not work i repeat did not work..

And you can not boot into Xell, correct?

What type of Jtag? Xenon zephyr falcon or jasper ?
Or Rgh console? If rghed is the mod chip glitching? Green led flashing or blue if a matrix chip blue led will flash.

Remove the hard drive and disconnect from Ethernet cable. See if the console will boot and let me know

GPU has died. No video no sound correct? It's a xenon. On its last leg R.I.P.

i couldve swore i tried unplugging the ethernet and hard drive before you mentioned it but maybe i didnt!!!!! IT WORKED!!!! i also had the new launch.ini on a usb plugged in as well... THANK YOU SO MUCH. i tried to rgh but the point for the coolrunner on the back, the yellow wire, i messed that point up the only pre nxe consoles i could find were xenons unfortunatley
