i just got my steam account back from getting hacked and i wanted to play csgo but it said im on a global cooldown is there anyway i can dispute this? its saying from overwatch but i never had overwatch. just to see if anyone can help

Overwatch is where other players watch people who have been reported on CS GO.

I'm not really sure but I don't think bans are negotiable, best bet is to try contact steam and explain your situation.

Not that i dont believe you but for someone to hack then play on your cs account ? just find it a tad bs. did you use a public number for prime ?
