I'm guessing Sony made a deal to be first with the content like what Microsoft did with MW3 they got the content early.

Microsoft does not want COD as an exclusive content correct me if I'm wrong a few years back they said they will have better exclusion content then COD.

That maybe true but even so why wouldn't they want extra exclusives most people moved to playstation 4 because of the exclusive and the games anyway I'm sort of going of topic.

Your still on the topic don't worry and I'm not sure. I think Activision should just release DLC on both systems at the same time.

Would be a lot easier because it must suck seeing videos on the content but yet you can't play it would drive me insane. I guess if you show Activision some $ they ain't going to turn it down which is how I think exclusive content works.
