Is there any free programs similar to Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop? Or is there a way to get them free?
I took two years of graphics design in High School and I would like to get back into it since I have more free time now.

I recommend Paint.NET - that's where it all started for me around eight years ago, though I eventually switched to the various Adobe products, Paint.NET was where I began to learn most of everything at which I still utilize to this day. It's a great program, and will help you learn the essentials of Graphic Design. If you're interested in giving it a shot, you may [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to download their installer; additional information pertaining to Paint.NET can be found via my thread: Paint.NET Tutorials & Resources.
