Mayweather is all about the clout and the money, he does not want to fight again.

It's a no brainer... It takes years, and I mean years to learn submissions & how to get out of them. The only real chance Mayweather would have is if they disallowed submission which is very unlikely and even then all Mcgreggor would have to do is take him to the floor.
I personally don't see it happening, and If it did It wouldn't be an Interesting fight IMO
