Send it back as a package if you bought the parts from the same place. How do you know the CPU is working? have you had it in a different machine?

I RMA'd the CPU and its working because I thought maybe CPU was DOA but it wasnt.Yeah thats what Im gonna do mate send it all back together.

Ive got more info if anyone wants to chime in itll turn on and off every few seconds really quick.
