-Download Horizon
- Get a USB
- Mod it yourself

There's plenty of tutorials out there. It will only cost your around $5 for the diamond subscription.

Horizon is your best bet mate, but i dont think the GS sticks for the Xbox one i might be wrong though.

If you still have access to an Xbox 360 watch Youtube it's really easy make sure to unlock them offline and don't do lots per day
