Why are you wanting to downgrade to 8.1?
Is it a device that was purchased with windows 10, or is an older device that you have upgraded to windows 10?

Don't like Windows 10, prefer 8.1

I support your move back here in 8.1 family, our OS is much superior. Can't you install 8.1 on a drive? I have no clue because I've been stuck on this OS for like 5 years now..
