Title says it all basically.

What is the best aftermarket radio? I am looking for a touchscreen with Bluetooth and apple car play and all that xD

Look at some pioneer or alpine radios. A lot of their new radios have apple car play and Bluetooth.

I like the Pioneer nex series radios. Basically has everything I need or want. And my truck has the Pioneer nex 4100. Plays and sounds great.

I want to say I payed around $170 for the spr-60c and $130 for the spr-60.
Mine are also powered by a amp too.
Yes I do prefer to get a sub. I had the subs way before I got the speakers. But I would try the speakers first then if you feel like you want bass then get subs.
