I think college is pretty important for a future job and career

No college, but technical school for automotive.

If you do decide to go to college I would recommend a community college it is over half the cost of a university, you are getting taught the same thing for 2 years and gives you a chance to see what you want to do in life before getting into debt for the rest of your life.

This is what I have thought about doing really. The local community college is about 700 a semester. I think that is a somewhat good price.

I graduated from college one year ago, and im still unemployed with no income. I'm diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and PTSD, i live with aniexy, depression and paronoia every single day and therefore it's hard to get a job even though i graduated with good grades. I took a loan at age 18 when i was in college and i have been living on that loan for 2 years now but all that money is spent by now. I'm still trying to find a job though so i can move out as quickly as possible and also pay off my loan and live my own **** up life but it's hard being around other people sometimes and therefore it's also hard to get a job where you don't have to see other people 24/7, but im getting there i hope. I go to psychiatric meetings and stuff where i get help.

Anyway If you don't suffer from any mental illness / illnesses, if you're not born with a silver spoon in your mouth and if you're not employed before you go into college i strongly recommend you go to college and while you're there... Have a hard think about your life and your future, and the things you want and set up a reasonable plan for how to get there and by the time you graduate you will be a few steps closer to that goal, whatever it might be. + Just mind your own business and focus on what you want your future to be like, Personally for the most part, I was almost never on the classes listening to the teacher, but when I was, I was usually drunk or high with my feets on the table, ignorant and didn't listen much. I lived in my own world and nothing really matters. I had a special kinda attitude, we live and we die and tomorrow is never promised so i do whatever the fu*k i wanna do... whatever happens, happens it is what it is. None of this have benefit me in any way, I still have kinda the same attitude but more under control because im trying to learn and focus on the future.

Atm I'm not in College and just working.

I think it's better for me and I enjoy just working.

I'm in college and at the moment, I enjoy studying rather than working. There's absolutely nothing wrong with not going to college and dedicating yourself to working and being a working joe, so long as you keep yourself active and being a responsible member of society.

Now, if you were to decide to not go to college and not work either, that's a definite problem. You wouldn't be applying yourself to becoming a contributing part of society and you'd probably end up living with your parents or a family member, leeching off of their hard work.

If you haven't graduated from high school yet or have graduated and still have no clue what to do: take this second semester (and hopefully your last semester of school) to think about exactly what you want to do. You're going to want to make a pros/cons list of both situations: working or going to college.

You could also do both and while you won't be able to have a full-time job while going to college (due to the lack of time you'd have to be able to study and deal with your classwork), you can still have a part-time job and acquire some experience in the work field.

If you do decide to go to college, make sure you pick a field of study that you deeply WANT to study and don't do like me (and most college students) who join a field of study, whether it's pressure from family members or "I've always been told I make money here", and then regret starting there and you either quit college or try to switch, which can be a slightly annoying process depending on the institution. Pick a career you would LOVE to study.

But on the other hand if you want a good paying job setting on your ass then go to college

My parents are paying for me to go to college so for me it's worth it.
