Just give it more time. I couldn't grow any facial hair till I was 20, by 21 I had a beard that grows everywhere apart from my cheeks. Just give it a bit more time and you'll be fine

EDIT- I'm 22 now and it's just starting to grow on my cheeks, very very patchily. I sort of shave it and leave it like a shaped underbeard chin strap ting. It'll even out in the next couple of years haha

Im 20 and STRUGGLING to grow a beard, I've just been letting it grow out for the past couple weeks though and I think I'm just going to see where it takes me. If anyone does have suggestions lay it on us!

I hear, it grows more once you shave once, i usually shave when i go somewhere important, it usually grows back within 2 months, i'm 20.

Wrong. Complete myth that shaving it makes it grow back faster. Trust me haha

it generally just takes time, eventually over time it will get thicker, you could take pills and what not to help hair growth, but there's no real need for it, over time it'll improve. Personally mine's not perfect, but the past few years it's gotten alot better. I don't use products, I shave now and again ( although, shaving doesn't make it thicker ) that's bs. xD

Monoxidil...
It's used to treat hairloss but it also works on the beard. I personally haven't used it, but I do know they're tons of side affects so if you're serious about growing a beard then I'd look into it. Just make sure to do your research, there is loads of videos on YouTube.

But then again, you're still fairly young, I'd say give it time you never know. All the best mate

I would look into Biotin. This pill helps with hair growth and thickness, as well as help with your nails increase in length. The thing with Biotin is, is that you can't pick and choose where it would help. Biotin will help increase your hair/beard/lower area. It does it all. I would look into some YouTube videos about the product, I currently use it, and I have no negative feedback.

It may be the case it just runs in your family jeans most of the time. Ask your father if he had trouble growing facial hair as a young boy growing up. I had a bit of trouble basically starting coming threw when I was 22-23. BeardBrand is a good one.

Just got to keep at it Trim it ever so often to keep it neat looking.Ive had facial hair growing since I was 15 im 17 now and Im starting to get Hair Under my Neck and across my cheeks.Ive always had Chin,Sideburns and Under/over my Lips lol.It depends on Genes too Ive got alot of Facial hair because of my dad.
