Hello fellow TTG members, i hope you all had a great day. Anyways i am looking for a Windows Program that deletes the background files from uninstalled programs/apps/anything. Idk even if it exists. But it seems everytime i delete a app, it always leaves behind a bunch of unnecessary files that just clutter my pc. Another thing that would help me out a lot, When i go to my task manager and look at my processes i see multiple of the same program. Let me know on what u think would help me out. The reason i am trying to find something is because just 2 weeks ago when i played PUBG my framerate would stay solid 50-70FPS now it usually stays around 50-70 but drops to sometimes even 20FPS for a very short time but lags me pretty bad. Idk whats wrong but its pissing me off. If you need any additional Info let me know thank you.

Uninstall software you don't use, disable startup items using task manager, and disable non-Windows services you don't need using msconfig.

"Leftover" files don't slow down your computer, but software running in the background and at startup can.

See I want to do that but I don't want to quit a process that my computer needs and break everything LOL Does it allow me to quit those types of processes?

Don't be afraid to poke and prod at your OS. The startup tab in task manager is where you'll probably get the most benefit with no "risk."

All this said, your description of the problem being "my frame rate drops" doesn't help us troubleshoot. These are general fixes for general slowness.

Revo Uninstaller is a software to completely uninstall other software and programs, incl registry keys and clutter (left over files...)
