I have seen a couple of comments stating that the UK and its allies would beat the US, but it seems like many people have forgotten that the US also has allies.

I would almost believe that the US on its own would be able to beat the UK, Russia, and a couple of other of the UK's allies. The US outspends the next seven highest spending countries in military spending. The US has a much higher population than the UK, Russia, and a few of their allies put together. Not only do we spend the most on our military, we also have the strongest military in the world. The US also, by far, has the greatest amount of wealth for any nation. Those are just a couple of the advantages that the US has over the UK and its allies.

If the US brought in their allies, then I have no doubt that the US could beat any country and their allies.

But this whole war would depend on who allies with who. And I would think that the allies would be decided by who ever starts the war. Who ever starts the war is going to get the short end of the stick.

Since you seem to think that winning a war means taking over another country, then if it was an all out war between the US and allies vs UK and allies, nobody would win.

As stated above, it would be pretty much impossible to invade the US because of how many guns we have. And since I doubt the US would surrender, the only true way to destroy the US would be to bomb us. At that point the US would pretty much become a unusable chunk of land that nobody could take over.

The US has the bigger and stronger military. Even if the UK could wipe out our military, you know what the US government also has? The draft, and they would happily send millions more of us over until we won it.

Lol.... that buckfast thing was just a joke. People drink that stuff like water out of a tap over here. Army wise obviously the US would win yes. But the UK, Russia & The EU together is just pushing it lol... its a country not a superpower. Also the US does have allies aswell but if we where to go to war some countries would probably have a tough time deciding as the UK is allied with most of the US's allies anyway.

Also i know this is going off topic but.. When have you ever heard of any American mafia family or anything of the such enter the UK. We may not have guns legally but people know how to defend themselves.
