all i can say is it does get better, i thought it wouldn't but it did.
i was so depressed, like crying actual tears over her lol smh.
they always come back tho, my ex pops in and out of my life
trying to spark things back up like she didn't break my heart lol.
do what makes you happy and stay positive because when she
sees you happy without her she'll regret everything she did to you.

It's pretty tough at first man, I've been in a relationship similar to that. You must focus on yourself and make sure you're happy at the end of the day. There is nothing you can do to change what happened besides to move forward. You'll find someone one day that'll treat you like a king and you'll never even think of that girl again. I would block her from everything so you have no reminders of her, delete any photos you guys have together and just act like you guys never happened. just get over it, it was only 8 months. you have your whole life a head of you. she was obviously a hoe, don't waste ur time on some hoe.

I know how you feel man. It took me about 8 months to get over a 1 month relationship. I really thought she was the one, we had to my knowledge, everything in common, throughout that month I hadn't disagreed with her once. It was the first relationship where I really got comfortable with someone, had the urge to be around her 24/7, to tell her everything.. But in the end, she's just another liar; a backstabber, just another person who couldn't be trusted and another person who just took my heart and threw it in the gutter.

I live by this now;

Be fake now. Be loyal later. (Unless you know, she's the one. But only time can tell.)

Hey man I'm in the same boat

Was with this girl for just over 3 years and one day she woke up told me she was seeing her ex so I left only to wake up to see her with him in our bed all over snapchat the same night I left then also to find out that's she's pregnant and she said it's mjne but with the circumstance off what's go on I don't no if it's mine or not.

You shouldn't let her get you down let her no what she's lost buying showing her how successful you'll become, get your self a nice girl treat her like royalty and she'll realise what she's lost.

Anyway it hurts, makes you depressed I'm here with you, I've been doing anything and everything I can do to take my mind off it, don't even speak to her block her on everything and stay strong man,

Only downside for me is I can't completely shut her out my life because I'm not sure if this kids going to be mine!

Ive been through the same a few months ago and I've learnt that the nicer you are the more your going to get sh*t on from now on I'm a one man army

For me I put all my emotion in to something I love doing/hobby, I like to go downhill mountain biking so I just hit it hard and took all my frustration out on that but also used it as a way to distract myself and clear out my thoughts with something I love doing.

Surrounding yourself with good friends and just going out doing things with them works as well, it can just take a bit time.

You need something to distract you from her.

Listen to music, Have fun with friends.
