The 212 evo requires like 4 hands to install. Get something similarly priced that isn't a pain to install.

idk what everyones talking about, I installed my flawlessly without problems, and it keeps my i5-3570k below 60c at 4.7Ghz on full load, extremely stable clock thanks to my 212 evo..

Anecdotal evidence isn't relevant. The fact of the matter is that you can buy a cheaper, easier to install, newer, better performing, quieter cooler than the 212 EVO. EASILY. Like I said, you wouldn't buy a GTX 750Ti for the same price as a GTX 950 just because the 750Ti is fine, and you definitely wouldn't spend more for the 750Ti just because it's good enough for you, you'd save money and get the better GTX 950.
Also, I have a very hard time believing that you don't go beyond 60c under 100% load with a 3570k at 4.7GHz, regardless of cooler.
