Hi, i was wondering if anyone can get a water mark off a picture? i bought a picture off someone of my girlfriends sister and a horse for my mother and laws birthday and he didn't take the water mark off and reused to do it!

he has to do it, you bought of him tell him you will refund if he's not going to remove it... That's a lot of BS and unfair af, it's hard to remove for anyone if he's not gave you the files EG. PSD or whatever it is.

Seeing as how they have the intellectual rights to the image(s), it's entirely up to them whether or not they remove it. You will need to go to said person and have them remove it, perhaps they charge an additional fee to relinquish the image(s) to you.
