I haven't been in the ps3 scene for a while but I believe you need to upgrade your cfw to 4.82...then download the latest Irishman then you should be good. YouTube is your friend, look at a few tutorials before rushing into to things because you don't want to go wasting money on cids...I mean I have never been banned in well over 5years but heyho. GL

Enable Webman in Rebug toolbox and in webman setup there will be a place to insert your IDPS PSID.
Once your happy save and it will automatically load your new IDPS PSID on boot.

If You can Get Your hands On a Laptop I would be easy

Everything to do with a jailbroken console these days is much easier when a PC is involved. However you could also try installing ITAManager, Although it's aimed towards DEX consoles there's an option within the pkg for setting a different IDPS.
