The skyline does look much nicer, although I have been a fan of Subaru for a while.

Eh for the bottom one, it looks like you're gonna be needing some extra money to fix it up.

Nissan Skyline GTS it is for me, that's not a bad price as well. Keep in mind as it's your first car I guess the insurance will be pretty expensive for that though. Maybe start off with a smaller engine size, like a 1.2, or something like that. When I was looking at my first car I too wanted a 2 litre and it was like 2 bags for the insurance alone. So I went smaller and went for a 1 litre, and was an old car I bought for my sister. I ran around in it for a few months then went for a 1.4 turbo Corsa as I couldn't resist.

I love the older Skylines.
My buddy has one and my other buddy use to have a older subbie with turbo. She sounded amazing.

Problem is with that one I would have to fix the rear end, With the Legacy its brushes in starter motor and Electrics.

My tip is this:
Don't get the Skyline, even though I'm a huge fan, the parts for those are extremely expensive, and insurance will eat you alive. Get a Subaru or a Honda, they're easy to fix, parts are reasonably cheap, and they get good gas mileage. Insurance won't be too bad either.
Just make sure the Subie was maintained reasonably well, as it won't be perfect since it's a '01 unless it was a 1 owner. If it's horridly maintained then it may end up costing you a chunk if anything major breaks. If it has the boxer engine, it's basically bulletproof as I owned a legacy and I drove the crap out of it, smacking rev limiters and it was perfectly fine for 5 years unless I gave it to a friend.
For a first car, you don't need much. Just enough to get to point A and point B reliably, then save for a better car.

Subaru. The boxer motors are by far some of the easiest motors to work on and maintain. Plus awd is amazing
