I keep running into this issue when I try to gift someone gold, or purchase something on WWEShop today.

Sorry, we can't complete your purchase at this time.
This is what i get right now when i try to purchase using paypal.

Try again in 24 hours. Do not attempt to use the account until the 24 hours are up.

If no luck then call PayPal up.

It's a security measure they have

This, if you do use it you will most likely lock your account which is another headache to deal with.

It won't let me buy off of stockx right now either and I have the funds

Maybe it placed your account on hold until they investigate your refund, happens often with me.

Seems unethical if you ask me, it goes from working to not working then probably back to working. I emailed the support on the PayPal website.

StockX you need fully verified account bank, card, email, phone.

StockX you need fully verified account bank, card, email, phone.

I just bought off of it a week and a half ago
