Let me start off by saying that I am a bolts and flyers fan. Flyers picking up Odouya off waivers can't hurt IMO.
I'm a little salty about the bolts trade for miller and mcdonagh (spellcheck?). Miller is a clean swap for Namestnikov and mcdonagh is obviously a top pairing dman but I feel like the futures involved make this trade a little shaky for rental guys.
What are your thoughts on your favorite team's deadline moves?
Who else is sad Karlsson wasn't traded to their team?

My team is Chicago.
Glad we got a fifth round pick for Wingels.

I agree. What do you think of the Hartman trade? I liked him from what I've seen but a first and fourth seem like a pretty solid return.

The First made the trade value.
That Sweden we got made me sad. Hopefully he can put up some good stats.

Miller is better than Namestnikov. He was after all playing with Kucherov and Stamkos alot. Numbers are inflated.
These aren't "rental" guys either. McDonagh and Miller both have 2 years left IIRC.
The prospects involved weren't even in Tampa Bays top 5 tbh. Howden is good, and so is Hajek, but they aren't like top of the chain prospect. They're just good.
They fleeced the **** out of New York. 2 years of McDonagh and Miller instead of giving up a ton for Karlsson. It's a smart move.

No the trade with Hartman didn't make a bit of damn sense, it was kinda stupid on their part. Especially sense I live in Smashville, and I'm a huge Chicago fan sense 1990.
